    Unfortunately, we trusted Accounting Solutions with our business taxes. We are not tax experts, so over the course of the past 2 years we paid a monthly fee of $120 for them to monitor our quickbooks account and make sure that our business was in good standing. After receiving numerous letters from the *** and the states department of revenue, we were very concerned. We asked our accountant ****** on multiple occasions to look into the matter and were always told that it was being taken care of. This turned out NOT to be true as the letters continued to come in. However, They did not hesitate to draft our monthly fee on the 1st every month. We ended up having to hire another CPA to audit us to find out that nothing had ever actually been done. Our quarterly taxes were never filed, nor was a resale certificate ever submitted on our behalf. We have employees and payroll which they handled through quickbooks, they never filed for the unemployment taxes that were due. Again, even after bringing all of this to their attention they told us it had all been filed. We have the emails and texts to prove it. To top it all off they had the Audacity to charge us $2,800 (20 hours) of work on our yearly taxes while everything was still not corrected. We are having to correct everything ourselves and backpay our taxes and it has been a absolute nightmare. They have gone as far as submitting us to collections for refusing to pay for their so called service.

    We have never been hired to handle the sales tax or monthly payroll taxes for this company. I will include a complete list of items we have billed them for to show an invoice was never sent or paid for those services. As you can see from this attachment, we have mostly provided QuickBooks Online access. The client elected to include their own payroll option to self process. Accounting Solutions does not profit from this service. This is a service we offer to help clients access the wholesale pricing. If Accounting Solutions were to provide him with sales tax or payroll processing, his monthly invoice would be closer to $500 per month. 

    Alpha Hired us to process his bookkeeping for 2022. In which we did so. This is complete. He has unpaid. We have sent him to collections, this is why he is doing a BBB complaint to get out of paying for his service. We have never fully done Bookkeeping, other than a hand P&L from when he had first started up. This recent QuickBooks clean-up and Reconciliation invoice (which we discounted to help the client since he had been a long-term client of ours.) The allegations that we should have been doing these additional things for this client is absurd. If you want a service, you hire for it and pay for it, both of which has not happened. He has never hired is for it or paid for the additional services he is claiming we were to provide. 

    The claim also states he is being ignored by staff. When the client needed help ******, our head accountant, made the adjustments, but only when they requested assistance. Again, this client does not have a monthly tier billing with us to do any work outside of the scope of what they are billed for monthly.
