    The OBSOLUTE WORST POOL COMPANY IN THE ******** We started our process with him in March 17 2024 and gave a substantial payment to start shortly after that. On May 29th the pool finally arrive at the house and was in the ground. That's when it all went to H*** Did not let us know to get the corps of engineers over to reevaluate our sqft. footprint so we could use concrete as what was quoted. So we ended up having to use permeable pavers which cost an extra $15k. Never came back to install railing, I had to get that done myself. So that got done by Mid July finally. Now starts the worst part. Landscaping was also included with sod, dirt fill, firepit and enclosed shower all back to original. In August we still have no landscaping stated so we have had this backyard torn up since May. All supposed to be done in 4-6 weeks mind you. So finally he agreed to allow our landscapers ******* Landscaping finish the project and he would pay them. He paid for the materials and would pay the labor when it was done. Meanwhile I had to pay an additional $7500 to put a surround wall around the pool because he didn't allow for a proper slope. By Oct 23 landscape is finally done. I also paid $350 for fence coming to come and fix the broken fence he damage, I have sent him the bill with no refund Oct 23. Now finally 2 more things, he has yet to pay the landscapers for over 2 months the labor cost of $3930 and $1186 in late fees. The are trying to get me to help out to recover now. Finally I still don't have the covered porch which was included in our contract.Please be aware, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR A POOL OR ANYTHING. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST IN THE COUNTRY.
