We purchased three palm trees last June. On top of the tree cost, we purchased insurance to protect our investment - $125 per tree. Two of the three tress have grown well and one never blossomed (they were all hurricane cut meaning they only have a sprout sticking out to start). I was concerned and I called the company in February and they came to look at it over the winter. They suggested I add fertilizer which I did. In May I told them that my insurance protection was going to expire in June and the one tree looked worse and I'd like a replacement. They asked me to text them a picture. They looked at it and said it was still alive and to fertilize again - which I did. June arrived and I said that I wanted a replacement or if they really felt it could still blossom I would take I extension on my insurance for a few month to see if what they believed was true - I was trying to be reasonable. They told me it was still alive (without ever coming to see it) and that they wouldn't replace it or extend the insurance policy. They were not nice about it either and I stopped by and tried to plead my case and was shut down. I spent $375 total in insurance for the three tress and everyone but them tells me that the tree is dead. At this point the resolution I would like is for them to give me my money back for the tree and insurance. The insurance policy is on their website and its very vague and allows them to interpret as they see fit. Please help. Thanks. **** *******
