  Joey W**** did a great job. He suggested a different type of flooring than I had picked out that would be better suited to my household. It cost a dollar more a sq. ft. but I really love it more than my first choice. We had a few sat backs when we ran into a black mold issue and Joey always give me cost choices on how I could handle the problems. He also gave me some ways I could save money by doing some of the prep work, and staining and polyurethane the 10 thresholds myself. When the bi-folding doors that separate the livingroom and kitchen wouldn't close because of the height of the new threshold, Joey trim them for free. His assistance, Nick, came to me immediately when he accidentally knock a bowl off a shelf and it broke. I was impressed by that and I let Nick know that it was ok. Joey really tries to help you out and was willing to work around delays that came up. When replacing the moldy floor, Joey heard sound of water coming from under my house and instead of just telling my and finished replacing the floor, he had Nick go down to look and discover 2 leaks. He ask if I wanted to get a plumber in before he fixed the floor so the plumber would have easy access to the leaks. He said he had another job he could start work on and come back later when the plumber was done. Because of that I was able to get a plumber to come out within 2 hrs. instead of the next day. Joey and Nick are very friendly. When my son's dog chewed up the drop cord Joey didn't get mad and said I didn't have to replace when I offer to pay for i,t but my son did anyway.

  Outstanding in every way.
  Joey W**** arrived on time the day he said he would. He did everything we talked about and then some. All workmanship was quality and professional in every way. We were back in our house on the date he promised. Also, his final bill came in well under my worst-case expectations.
  Joey did three rooms and a hall on our home which is 70 plus years old. What he did for our floors is amazing and most important of all, my wife is thrilled.
  In a time when everything is the fault of the supply chain crisis and the "new normal" it was nice to work with someone that did what they said, when they said they would do it, and did it for what was budgeted.
  White's Hardwood Floors will be doing additional work for us soon!!!
