    I was charged $40 for an early check inn fee, when I showed up early there were no rooms available. I didnt get upset or complain I simply came back at the regular check in time but the next day they still charged me the early check in fee. The owner contacted me via email and said she would look into it and provide a refund and never did. The owner claims the manager said I was offered another room but when I told her that was a flat out lie she said she would check the cameras and just never replied to me again or issued me my refund. I was charged for a service I never received
