    I went to have some stuff printed for court and was told by the agent working to send them via email, so I did, Later, I got a message from ****** stating a link in one of the pages that I sent to the stores email address was opened by the store without permission or consent. I addressed the issue with the owner who instead of providing a reasonable answer, blocked me. The information contained was detrimental to our issue which we had been to court for after abuse for asking the management company where we live to repair the rental unit that has caused tumors from exposed black toxic mold at high levels and we were arrested for asking our management company for repairs. This is not okay at all and is an invasion of privacy, Formal complaints will be filed with the Secretary of ******************************** as well.

    Ms. **** emailed 24 pictures that she said she needed **** for court. The color pictures were printed, and she never picked them up, or paid for them. All we did was open the pictures and print them. There was no link to open. I have no idea what she is talking about. My lawyer emailed a response to ****** *********. Ms. **** contacted us via email about this so-called incident, to which we responded. She claims she was blocked, which is not true. If she is referring to the pictures, yes, we opened them and printed them, as was requested. There was no link or conversation to opened or join. Ms. ****** pictures are still here. My lawyer is looking into legal options to bring against Ms. **** for harassment and defamation of character. Ms. **** is spreading falsehoods and threats, causing unnecessary stress for everyone involved. If this persists, legal action will be taken. We have received and sent numerous personal emails and faxes for years, and this is the only complaint. We are very discreet and delete or shred any information once the customer is through with it. Ms. **** is trying to ruin our reputation, which we have built up over 13 years. As mentioned before, if this persists, legal will be taken against Ms. ****.
