      I take a prescription that is a controlled substance. I have to call in once a month to get it refilled. Every month since April, when I call, the prescription is not sent to the pharmacy for days, and I have to go without my medication. I called the 24 hour helpline and was told to go to the emergency room to get the prescription filled, which is not what the emergency room is for. They don’t keep a doctor on call to fill prescriptions. My doctor is only there two days a week and nobody else would fill the prescription for me. I understand once or twice, but every month from April to September is out of hand. When I call for help the staff is unprofessional and rude.
