      Purchased gift certificate ($200) for basic outside/interior detail as a Christmas present for my wife in December 2024. Made appointment in April 2025, showed up, and ****** (Final touch owner) never showed up. He eventually said he would provide additional services at a later date. Rescheduled and on day of reschedule ****** canceled. We had a series of several reschedules and last minute cancellations. The last effort resulted in another no show by ******. This was in June 2025. I have repeatedly requested a refund which he agreed to but never did. Now, I am ignored. The long and short is I bought a gift certificate, and after trying many times to redeem it over 2+ months, it is apparent he has no intention of providing the services or refunding the money.

      I purchased a gify certificate for a Full Detail from ****** *******, owner of A Final Touch Auto detail and paid by personal check. The amount in dispute is $200, the amount paid for the Fulkl detail via Gift Certificate. The business address  is PARKER GOODINGPresident

      WE have tried multiple times to redeem this gift certificate, including 2 no shows by ****** (business was closed and remianed closed after we arrived), multiple last minute cancellations and reschedules, and multiple attempts to get a refund for the gift certificate. The attached documents should help show this, including the cleared check I wrote him for payment.
