    I'm a Dad who lives in the Midwest. So when my daughter's car broke down near ************** **, on Christmas Eve, it threw me into a little bit of a panic! She got it towed to Kaizen garage where **** worked on it. Now, understand that I live in **** and I'm texting and calling some guy I have never met. He immediately put me at ease with his courteous and professional demeanor. He gave me an estimate and time that it would be done and he nailed both!Customer service like that is very hard to find in today's world! I sincerely hope the people living in and around ************** **, know how lucky they are to have such an honest business in their midst! Well done!

    If you're looking for an honest, hardworking, reasonable mechanic who is very passionate with cars I recommend you to go to Kaizen garage, the mechanic's name is *******. He's pretty much the only mechanic i come to ask questions about my vehicles or to do work on them, I've had my A/C repaired here and had him flush the cooling system. He recently helped me find out the reason why my wheel handling kept getting locked. From other mechanics I've came across I prefer Kaizen garage.
