The tattooist is rescheduling at the last moment without customer consent. The company dont wanna follow up with tattooing on the date given to the customer Now, the owner lady, unprofessionally, dont wanna resolve this matter and continue tattooing the same date upon agreed with the customer, neither does she wanna give the deposit money back for this situation. And i Think The tattooist person was having a hard day and tired from working so much because the tattoo started looking good the first days, but the last day working on it, she did the squares very unsymmetrical and now the top part of the tattoo is looking totally different from the drawing design as well. i dont feel very comfortable getting tattooed by The same person One last thing, we live in a nice small town and it is very easy to know who is who, well this tattoo place was having a Halloween party, and while i went inside the venue to pick up my family members, i saw 3 friends whom are under the age of 21, drinking alcoholic beverages ************ dont have a liquor license, but they promote people to bring their own bottles of alcohol to drink it in their parties.

Hi Gelson. We apologize for any difficulties you've had with understanding the process. Your artist gave you 7 days notice to reschedule and extended the deposit expiration due to your relocation. I, as the owner and master artist, offer my services if needed. *****, being new to tattooing, appreciates the opportunity to attempt her first sleeve. Normally, sleeves take **** sessions, but she has made great progress in 5 sessions. The diamonds you mentioned are just the first layer, and more layers are needed. We attached references for your approval. Thank you for bringing up the issue of underage consumption. We will address it promptly. Our policies state that deposits are non-refundable, but your artist has been professional despite feeling uncomfortable. She respectfully declined various non-work related outtings proposed. We hope you reconsider and allow us to complete the project. Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because:

The symmetrical order and dimensions in which the diamonds  are on the demo picture don't match at all with the symmetrical order and dimensions already started put on the actual tattoo. Meaning you would have to covered its mistakes by adding new outlines making it looks semi similar to the demo picture, but it will still look very different and i didn't paid for this kind of service.

I didnt paid a deposit to have several mistakes on the tattoo and not look like the original picture

Second thing, the tattoo film that the artist placed on my arm the first time, it gave me an allergic reaction. I had to missed several days of work do to it feeling like a burning sensation. I told the artist about it. She let me know that some people can get an allergic reaction to it. After doing the tattoo session for the day, she wanted to put the same film brand on me again, i had to stopped the artist from doing it.(I'm attaching pictures of my arms showing the allergic reaction)

This has been a very uncomfortable and inconvenience experience for me

So i dont feel comfortable with the  unprofessional job given to me

If you think it is fair for you to keep my deposit money for a tattoo that now dont look like what you showed first on the demo, and after all this complications given to me by your company.  Keep the money as a donation from me to you. Maybe you need the money more than i do

Even thou you and the other tattooist person was letting me know i can get my deposit money back

    Dear ******,

We are pleased to inform you that our deposit policy now includes a 25% discount on completing your project with the owner. The owner is available to discuss the project continuation at any time. However, before proceeding, there are some concerns to address.

The design mockup used a computer-generated 3D model of a generic male arm, limiting the artist's ability to provide an accurate representation until stencils were applied. Each artist's rendering is done through stencils or freehand sharpies on your skin before tattooing. Changes were made as per your request, and the artist accommodated them. The design was modified from the original mockup, similar to adjustments made when applying stencils to your arm. The preliminary stencils were approved by you before tattooing, and no further modifications were made. Regarding your concerns about underage consumption at our fundraiser, you were hosting your own event elsewhere that night. No BYOB was allowed, and our staff confirms your absence since you were hosting your own competing event that evening. We believe you are harassing the artist and pressuring them to go out with you. Your requests heavily exceed the screenshots presented. Your accusations about our venue are baseless. Despite this, the artist has remained professional and extended your deposit for approximately one year while you are in *******. We have made efforts to accommodate you despite your inappropriate behavior. We would like to move past this and continue the project if you are willing.  The owner. having much more experience, has offered her services at a discount.

I am rejecting this response because:
im asking for a refund from tje first day do to malpractice and giving me an allergic reaction in which i had to miss days of work

And a refund for the las day of work do to not performing the job right in which now you have to do a cover up for the otuer artist mistake, not an original piece

Your reply back was giving me a 25% discount on my deposit if i finished the tattoo with tour company?

Like i replied in The previous message/im not comfortable with the quality of your company anymore do to the none professional treatment.

So are you rejecting giving The money back for the first day of malpractice and for the last day, which it's job was not performed accordingly to what has been discussed with the customer and now this bad performed tattoo have to be covered and then fixed by the manager?

The customer paid for an original piece, not for a covered up piece

[Pictures of the allergic reaction given by the tattooist person. After being told the film she put on has given an allergicreaction, she wanted to put it on again]

    Gelson,
We would not like to cover your tattoo, because it is a great tattoo in the mid level of progress.  it is only halfway completed and is on its way to being a very great piece of art work.  The owner has attempted to offer you a 25% discount of her normal rate of $200/hr, making your fee the same as your current rate of $150. We cannot and will not be offering any refunds.  our non-refundable clause in our contract that you signed prior to commission states that very clearly. We are sorry that you had an allergic reaction to the derm product.  I've attached examples of allergic reactions and I'm not seeing any allergies in your pictures.  perhaps you meant to attach different pictures?  You're artist did not place the bandage a second time, therefore she remained professional and did not replace the bandage per your request. Dhe has adhered to your approval and requests through this whole process. you cannot accuse someone of being unprofessional if nothing actually happened.
