    ***** ****** did not begin project when scheduled for July, 2024. but when he finally sent workers, it seemed to be going well until it didn't. Materials weren't delivered promptly which resulted in workers having to wait and sometimes give up and leave. ****** interfered, open communication was a challenge and I could understand all that. March, 28, 2025, ***** said crew would be at project. No crew showed up, no returns on my voice mails or text, debris was left, and no word from him since mid March without any explanation as to why...I had to get someone else to finish shoring up retaining so I wouldn't lose bank to erosion. The job is still incomplete. I paid 1/2 down $3400 to buy materials and start job. I spent an additional $3600 plus so I wouldn't lose what was started. I'd like to recoup that.
