I received an email from the insurance company saying that my card was going to be charge on September 11th for my insurance monthly payment, but when I saw the amount it was over $400 dollars more, so I called the local office and they said that a new driver was added to my policy on August 7th, but I was not aware of anything and did not authorize it either. They said that they send me an email and called me and since I did not answer back they just added that person because it had my same address. The problem is that person has insurance with state farm so I don't know where this came from. I had to ******* my monthly payment because I cannot afford to pay over $700 dollars. Now I have to get this person to prove them that she doesn't live with me and never has. I have to get her to give me a paper with her address on it and send it to them to prove all this if not they said that they cannot take her out of my policy. For now they gave 10 days to give them her informacin and for them to make the adjustments and then maybe I can pay what I was paying before. My local office is CTC INSURANCE-NATIONWIDE INSURANCE. ****************************************** **************, ** ***** *************. I have progressive as my insurance.

We were able to get the situation straightened out with Progressive and they removed the driver.  Progressive added the driver automatically without input from us.  The insurance companies do that when they find evidence of an unknown driver in a household.  The client brought in evidence showing that the driver was insured elsewhere and Progressive removed her and changed the premium back.   The client ended up leaving Progressive and us anyway.  We are not involved in the front end when the insurance companies do this.   Can you tell me why this has come back up?  Thank you.  ***
