  We too had an awful experience with ***. We hired her to build a stone stairway down our driveway, wanting to help a female-owned landscaping business. Promises made, never delivered. Lies, endless delays, poor communication and workmanship. She even had the gall to ask for more money midway through so she could make payroll! That's a glaring red flag on any business. We told her she wasn't getting the last 3K and she didn't quibble, knowing she blew it. We are now paying someone else to finish the job, including adding French drains she never even mentioned. We now know those are necessary for longevity given rain runoff. It's infuriating to be taken advantage of.

  This business over promises and under delivers. The owner, ***, promised to do a landscaping project in 2 - 3 weeks time. It took over 2 months and was never completed. Excuse after excuse forced us to move on and have another company complete the project. Very poor workmanship!

  I did make the promise in completing this project in 2 to 3 weeks. Whats not being talked about are all the changes that were made during the project. We would complete a piece of the project and then the customer would then change their mind and we would remove what we completed to redo what the customer then wanted. This went from the wooden fence, metal dog fencing, electrical conduit, hot tub pad (we do not install or level hot tubs), aluminum fence panels and wall block placement. I did not charge for our time or redoing the work that was completed. The customer would approve parts of the job that were completed that day and then by morning they would make a change to something that they already approved. Theres also no mention of the days upon days of rain that would create a ponding area in the yard where we were working. I had talked with the wife on Friday May 3rd on what we needed to do to wrap up the project. On Sunday May 5th I received a text telling me they no longer wanted us to finish the project and I would not be receiving our final payment. I told them if they had issues with our work that I would do whatever was needed to finish the job. We did not get the opportunity. We were also treated as though we were criminals, and told our tools would be in the front yard and if we went anywhere else on the property the police would be called. Im not sure what they thought wed do. That was a sick feeling being treated this way. Were a small business and not being paid what was owed for work already completed truly affected us.
