    I paid in full at that time. He installed some of the termite stations. I had to call and text him 3X to finish the installation. When he arrived back there were two other people with him. I was watching the installation to make sure it was done right. I overg=haerd derogatory remarks about ME! *********************** looked at me and said;" I didn't know you were here" Nothing else was said, as I was in shock that someone would do that who is a new customer and in general! I had to email him many times to get a copy of the document that I have enclosed! He said that " His Dad" would show up 4 times within the year to check the stations. THEY NEVER SHOWED! I contacted them and never heard back! I do NOT want them here, I want my money back. Now I will need to srta over with e new termite ***

    This response was provided verbally to BBB.

    The business is willing to go back to the consumer residents to check the stations but before going the business would like to speak with the consumer. The business is also willing to offer the consumer an additional year of treatment. The business will not be providing a refund.

    I am rejecting this response because: I do not want them working here. They never called me and offered to come and check the stations like they said they would do. They had ALL YEAR to do that, as they were suppose to come out 4X . He says he called, but never left a message! Why would a business do that , doesn't make sense to me, I'm in business and If I want to get in touch with someone, I will leave a message or a text. How can I trust this won't happen again?   hmm
