    April 2017, I purchased a 3.1 cu-ft refrigerator: https://www.lowes.com/pd/GE-3-1-cu-ft-Freestanding-Mini-Fridge-Freezer-Compartment-Cleansteel/********** August 2022, I drove the refrigerator to LRU with my teen.Sept 2, 2022, the **** track coach and a 20 year old female Resident Assistant (RA) encouraged my teen to throw away her education/**** track, to dis-enroll from college, and to join a documented Cult with a 56 year old *********** 20 year old son: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/style/wp/2018/06/25/feature/former-members-say-calvary-temple-splits-families-what-happens-to-those-who-leave/ The **** of Students & the ***************** didn't know the location of my teen (they didn't know she had left LRU). ********************* eventually located her. I contacted LRU ******************** about this, yet, despite their lack of in loco parentis, they showed no remorse. I eventually learned that my refrigerator was in the dorm room with her former dormmate, ********* 21 Nov 2022, I called the ***************** to notify ******** that I would pick it up Dec 2022 (expecting it to be empty & ready for me). They said they would follow up on it. I didn't hear from them to finalize picking it up on 22 Dec *********************; therefore, I called back. On 14 Dec 2022, *********************** at the ***************** stated that ***********************, **** of Students, was refusing to release my refrigerator. She told the Lenoir Rhyne University office that "she refused to return it to me and that she is going to keep it in the dorms". It is not her right to keep property that I personally purchased April 2017. Therefore, by 21 Dec 2022 **************** needs to personally mail me a check for the full amount of $434, or mail me a new refrigerator at ************************************************************************************* AND confirm in writing which of those she is going to do. Otherwise, the theft will be reported to the **************** ******************* and LRU President **********************
