The transaction date was 3-18-2025 for the amount of $629.00 with my debit card for dental services which resulted in top and bottom partials. My dispute is to put the amount of $629.00 on my care credit card instead of my debit card. An easy transaction to do and they do accept the care credit but the woman in charge of the billing there will not do the transaction . I ask about this the very next day I paid . I was not aware that the transaction was for this large amount . It leaves me in a devastating financial situation using my debit card. The care credit gives me the opportunity to make payments and have the dentist paid in full. I'm sure the dentist doesn't mind doing the transaction using the care credit. I spoke with the dentist from day one until everything was completed about all this and she assured me I wouldn't have any outta pocket expenses. The lady in the billing department there has billed my insurance for procedures that could have waited until the following year. Either way , I just need to change the transaction of $629.00 on my debit card to the care credit card

Patient was asked about the outstanding bill on her account upon checking out in which she had been contacted by phone and mail for multiple times. Patient agreed to paying the amount and handed over her debit card for the total and signed a receipt from the ran transaction for $629.00 and provided a copy with the exact amount. The patient had the option to pay with her debit card or care credit that day but she provided the debit card to us. The patient then contacted 2 days later requesting a refund and was provided with the *** from her insurance stating she owed our office the amount of $629.00 from a service date in October 2024. Patient has contacted us multiple times about this situation and each time has been addressed with care and professionalism. This situation has been forwarded to our senior management team for review it was denied to be refunded and placed on the patients care credit. All treatment that has been filed and submitted to the patients insurance was signed off and approved the day of each procedure by the patient before treatment was started and then filed to the insurance upon completion of each service. All treatment plans provided to our patients and signed by them state that it is an estimate from what we have been provided from their insurance and could change once filed with their insurance.

I am rejecting this response because:

Again , the response is the same as it has been with me with this dentist office . I went back to the office the very next day after I found out that it was a huge transaction coming from my debit card. They did not contact me me several times to talk with me about any outstanding bill by phone or text or email . I had been in front of the lady that checked me out on two different occasions and she never mentioned it to me until the day that I checked in and the lady checking me in that day is the one that told me I needed to pay $629. She never said $629.00 that day if she would have said $629.00 instead of $629 I would have used the care credit instead of my debit card. It gives me an option to pay in monthly payments . It was an easy transaction for them to change the payment method but they refused to do that simple transaction for me , instead the transaction left me financially devastated as I have told Dentisty of Mountain view . It was just something that they wouldn't do . Either way , they would have been paid in full , as they still are paid in full just leaving me in a terrible situation. I was never told why they wouldn't do this simple transaction for me , just that they wouldn't do it . I don't see why and it's just a horrible way to treat an elderly person . People have forgotten how to be kind to one another . I had to sell the only thing in this world that I owned to dig myself out a a $900 negative in my checking account because of this , and it could have been resolved with just a simple transaction from them to change the payment method for this transaction. Thank you for helping me . I have left a review about this and hopefully someone will read my review and not have something like this happen to them . I probably won't ever be able to purchase another vehicle but I'm grateful I had something to sell that helped me get outta this financial situation, if I hadn't of had the vehicle to sell , I don't know what I would have done , I would probably be homeless

I'm on a fixed income anyways with SSA and when a person is -$900.00 as soon as they get their next check , leaving me with about $300 for the entire month and my rent is $800 ....I definitely would be homeless unless some kind of miracle would have happened and that lady up there would have only done a simple transaction to change the payment method .

Some people are just cruel and uncaring . I pray for these people to find ***** some time in their life time

You have a blessed day and thank you very much .
