************************* claimed that my AC unit could not be repaired and suggested he remove it from my home & sold me a used system for $2500 The used system never worked properly, and I had to call him multiple times for issues with the system. Each time that he came to my house he claimed issues were not from him selling me a defective system & continuously charges me for various repairs. The last time that he visited my home May of 2023, he left wires exposed both from the air handler in the attic & the outside unit. I had to call another ************** found multiple problems with ****************** work. He had things wired wrong & put us at risk of fire hazard. He had duct tape to hold the steel duct to air handler which had came loose & was causing air loss. Also the new company found that the unit **** sold me required new parts & was missing heat strips. The new company had to re-wire the system, replace outdoor contactor, replace indoor ************ & had to install a ************ ************* Costing me $600 & thats only a temporary fix, as I was told the unit that **** sold me needed replaced & that he should have never taken away my unit that I had to begin with as it couldve been repaired & should have repaired it instead of taking it & selling me a defective unit. He repaired my unit & resold it for his own benefit. And charged me for a defective unit. ************************* left my house last week, with the wires exposed on outdoor & indoor units & left everything taken apart & never returned or called me to inform me that he had made such a mess he couldnt repair. I have photos of how everything was left. **** cheated me from day one & pocketed thousands of dollars from me, and sold me a defective AC unit. I am requesting the $2500 refunded for the defective unit sold, $350 x 2 for twice he charged me to come out & repair the defective unit which never got repaired.

First off....ductwork does NOT get "welded" to a unit. Second, the job was $1,500 and NOT $2,500 (See attachment). Third, there's no refunds allowed for refrigerant into leaking systems when that's what the customer can afford at the time. Fourth, I tried to contact the customer to come back out to replace the defective thermostat and did NOT answer my messages or audio call on messenger. Fifth, I was NEVER contacted about a "complaint" on the customer's behalf....instead she chose to go with another company (which is fine), and then make allegations after someone else put hands on the system. Another company would never make the claim that a previous system that was in a home should have never been removed if they had never seen it or worked on it. This ran for 3 years as a used system and customer was told that it was used with some reconditioning and couldn't guarantee if and when anything could break on it. Furthermore no money was collected on the last visit
