    I paid Chip Miller a deposit of $100 to make a table top for me. He cashed my deposit check. He never made the table top. He stopped communicating with me. When he finally responded to me, he told me he moved out of *******. He wanted to send a check to my home address or Venmo account. I explained that I didnt have Venmo and preferred not to give him my home address. He asked for a friend or family member to accept the money via Venmo. I spoke with a local Hickory Business who would accept the money on my behalf. Now, Chip Miller is saying that I am slandering him by asking the business that rented him a booth in ******* to act as a go-between to receive my money. This has been going on for a few months.I need your help.

    I haven't had any problem at all refunding ***** money. I told her that numerous times. All I needed was her address to mail it to. She wanted to meet me somewhere in *******, and I explained that I now live in ******** and will not be back in the ******* area. She continued to argue with me that she wasn't going to supply me with her address. Just ridiculous! How does she expect to get her money without me mailing it? She doesn't have Venmo. I ask if a family member did, meaning husband, son, daughter. She then tells me I can Venmo it to a company???? No, I will not do that and I am surprised that the company would even do that. 

    It's a very simple solution,  she supplies an address for me to mail it too, or she forgets it!

    Sorry your time has been waisted on something that I have been willing to resolve.
