    i am disabled ptsd i have proof cancelled hotel reservation due to a trauma attack under ***************************** plese refund me i am on disability nad will be back please dont hold this against me.

    We found fleas in our hotel room along with stained pillow cases, stained lamps, and mold all over the shower. We do not like to complain but the fleas were over the top along with the front desk not allowing a refund was largely inconsiderate. We will be taking this further if the room is not refunded.

    Guest check in date 5/2/2024 and they stay 1st night and 2nd day they complain around 3.49 pm. We check inn her on 5/2/2024 at 4.44pm and she stay 1st night and next day she complain about all above mention in email 

    sorry if she check out on 2nd day by 11am (check out time)  we can refund thats day also we refund her other 2 days we charge only for 1st and 2nd night bcs she don't checkout til (3.49Pm)   

    also we offer different room to but she complaint for nothing
