    I paid over $7,000 for an ultimate warranty yet they have not paid out $1 for any of my issues! I now have a $6,800 bill from **************** that should be covered. They advertise everything is covered except this short lost yet they refuse to pay this bill even though it isnt on this list. They should not be allowed to advertise this if it isnt true. This is a scam and I either want them to pay for this repair or refund my money since they arent even doing what I paid for. I have over a dozen problems with this camper under warranty and have never had anything paid out.

    I dont understand. Walls was not one of those few things listed that wasnt covered that they advertised to us so it should be covered!

    My wife and I purchased an extended warranty for our travel trailer through the dealer ************************* in March 2022. We have now developed brake issues which appear to be wiring related as determined by a specialist today and my wife contacted Cornerstone today and was informed that wiring for brakes is not covered. This is a safety risk that would hamper the safe operation of the vehicle that this company is saying that they will not repair. Wiring is an electrical issue and I'm concerned that this would be regarded as wear and tear.

    My vehicle, 2016 Panamera, went into service at Vinnie Exotics. They found that the right front lower inner forward control arm bushing was torn and leaking hydraulic fluid. Replacement of both front lower control arms was highly recommended as preventative repair due to the nature of this failure on all Panamera models. Previous singular replacements have shown a failure is likely to occur on the opposite side control arm bushings after the damaged one has been replaced. The warranty company refused to repair both as recommend by the repair shop. Because of the nature of the failure, I had to pay for the other control arm and bushing to be replace. This type of failure can makes it difficult to steer or might make your car wander, bad bushings can also make the car pull to one side, which is a serious safety concern. I'm seeking a refund on the portion of the repair I paid for. My contract number and completed service of both is attached

    i been having trouble with this 2015 dodge durango since i got it they put a thermostat, water pump and radiator in the truck cause it was running hot and i took it back to the shop and the man the mechanic said i had a blow head gasket so he said that i need a motor so he said that my extended warranty cover me a brand new motor so they tow my truck to dodge its been there since the end of last month so now they saying that they only going to pay for them to head gasket set on. But what if that not the problem and its still running hot then what are they gone put a motor in then cause the man at the shop told them about a block and head test but they want me to pay for cause they saying they don't cover that but i will feel i should have to pay for nothing cause i already have to pay a deductible i only ask that they go ahead and put the motor in the truck so i want have any more issues Thanks .

    I am rejecting this response because: what if  they put the head gasket on without doing the block test to make sure the heads are not crack or warp cause i'm not paying for nothing out my pocket i should have to when im paying for a warranty to coverage me   and my truck still run hot are they gone put a motor in the truck then can i file a new claim. ***** at Auto nation said that he need to make sure that the heads are not crack or warp if he put the head gaskets on so the truck want run hot on me i just want my truck fix right . so either pay for them to test the heads or just put a motor in the truck.
