      Feb 7, 2024 Water treatment service provided with agreement that my water would Have acceptable levels of copper, iron and PH balance Paid $482 via check 4008 for a 6-12 month warranty to maintain said levels of water samples March 9,- April 10 made several phone calls to complain that water taste was metallic and ********** Water stains appeared indicating high levels of copper and iron. No response.In April I emailed and received a response. Service man "******" came out to test the water and agreed with the problems listed above.Said the system was not theirs so they were not responsible for my water issues. I asked for a refund or at least a pro-rated refund and the manager, "***" refused and rudely yelled at me saying "the well must have changed". They could not stand behind their service nor were any valid disclaimers offered me when they accepted my payment in full.

      Our company completed ******************** service on February 7 2024. Our technician removed all media/materials in the tank and replaced with new and completed the valve service. As explained by our technician she purchased a house with a old system and needs substantial updateing. It was installed originally 20 years ago and upgraded with a new valve in March of 2014 that wasnt even purchased from my company to a *************************. She has multiple issues with her water and we have explained that all filtration systems are high reduction. She has iron in her well and the system installed will only remove dissolved iron ( a solid matter ) and any ******** post filtration is a gas and there is no equipment installed at her residence to remove this type of iron. She later complained of blue stains which would be due to a low ph source. In her situation we have 1 tank that gives us only 1 cubic foot to provide a media to reduce her problems. Unfortunately she has multiple issues and the system is not meeting her expectations not our services that were provided. Again she is not the original owner and purchased a used system in an older house that has no warranty. I will also say again that mechanically her system is functioning properly and her services we completed properly there just isnt anything there to do an efficient job. We have no issues selling and installing the equipment needed to reach a higher filtration. 

       

      To summerize she has 1 uv light installed due to bacteria being present during a well inspection and has removed 100% of the bacteria and 1 filtration systems sized at 1 cubic foot that is mechanically functioning 100% properly meaning it is able to backwash and rinse the media in the tank with no issue and was replaced correctly at her service. She is not owed a refund she just wants her money back from her service bc she is unhappy with her water source.
