    I bought a light fixture from Robert Abbey 10 days ago, I called them before paying for it, and they assured me that they had it in stock and ready to be shipped. I tried to contact them for several days via telephone, chat, and email, but no one responded. Finally, ten days after the purchase, I got someone who responded to the chat and told me I would have it by October or I could get my money back. I think it is not honest that sellers take your money and have it for a while until someone complains and says they can refund your money.When I made the purchase, other sites offered the same item. Now, it is gone, and I lost the chance to have it.Sites that dishonestly lie to customers to get their money (as a loan with no interest) should be investigated and penalized.
