      I spoked with ****** (owner/supervisor). His technician serviced my walk in cooler for the last two visits and there was no other services done in between until just recently. I had my new unit put in 2020 by another company and the compressor failed just recently due to the companys incompetence. I truly believed the last visit in August of 2023 began the failure of the compressor. I am not an expertise but I am a weekend DIYer so I know a few things when it comes to refrigeration. I know the compressor shouldn't failed like it did because it was still under warranty but now is not because their work void the warranty. I don't know if they mistakenly put in the wrong refrigerant or the STOP LEAK that was put in not compatible or both. It cost me $2234 to replace the compressor. I know the compressor failed because I saw everything that was done to ensure it wasn't anything else causing the compressor to fail. It was no doubt the compressor. Im beyond irate. They said the service work would only warranty for 30 days. But I know anything can work beyond the 30 days and fail later because its not compatible. ****** would not take responsibility for his employee's incompetence. "Call someone else", thats what he advised me. I called on a Saturday and the answering service told me someone will call back and three days later, no call back. I would have let them service the cooler had they called me and let me know. I paid for the two services about $945. Bottomline is I want compensation for their incompetence, either $2234 or $945. I won't let this company take my hard earned money.

      We (AIS) originally contacted High Point Refrigeration in 2019 for repairs and assessment of the HVAC units. We received quotes and purchased several new units in 2020 & 2021. We began having issues and have records showing approximately 10 service calls between two of the units. Our most recent issue is still unresolved after mulitple emails, phone calls, and even going to their office in person starting February 9, 2022. We would like a quote for the labor & regrigerant that is not included as part of the warranty for the Lennox unit. And we would also like information on the part that is needed on our mini split unit that we were told is no longer produced and they are unable to get the part needed for a product that is less than two years old. We feel a reputable company that stands behind the products they sell should do more to satisfy a client that has worked with them for three years and spent roughly 20K a unit on multiple units.
