We had a bat in the house and called this business for bat removal. ******************************* came out quickly but we had already gotten the bat out of the house. He found a couple more in the space above our attic and found the space where they were coming in. We paid him $185 to come out initially. He suggested we have screen put up over the area where they were coming in. Him and another guy came out, put the screen up and we paid him $2,015. Within a week he had to have him come back to fix an area that was rolling up and causing a hole again. When he left that time he said we should never have a problem again that the guy with him had bolted the screen in. All of this occurred in June 2023. In June 2024 we noticed what looked like a piece of the screen rolling again. We called ********************** and he said he would give us a discounted rate but he would charge us to come look at it. We decided to call another company. They came out quickly and looked at it and said basically the screen was just placed and tucked up there with no bolting of the screen in. We had to pay another company to come out here and secure the screen correctly. We basically paid ********************** $2,015 for two pieces of screen. I feel like we owe him for the bat removal but not the screen that he advised us to get but was installed incorrectly.

Our business varmit busters wildlife control came out did the inspection found the bats removed the bats and the bat p*** Then sealed up the vents. We also came out several times after because the customer was not happy with the one corner in question. I also came out to remove a bat that had been dead for sometime as the customer found in a different part of the home. The last interaction I came out myself and fixed the corner in extreme heat in the attic. I showed the customer the vent and they were pleased. I gave them a year guarantee from June to June the customer reached out several days after the guarantee was over June 20th wanting me to come out for free. I advised I would come out but the guarantee was over but also advertised I would cut the service call to 140 to come look at it. The customer declined. What was charged was not just for 2 screens there was paying my help and other materials involved also the removal of the bats themselves and the p*** removal. Pulse the service call was included in the overall price. I need to stress I showed the customer the vent that was in question and the customer said they were pleased and everything was good. Then all the sudden on June 20th of 24 they have an issue we worked on the home in June of 2023. The year warranty was expired.

I am rejecting this response because: he did come out and remove the bats and bat p*** which I agree to pay a reasonable fee for.  We had to agree to his work looking at or fro the ground up so of course we have to agree to it.  It's easy to tuck some screen down enough to make it look good from the ground.  He knew he did less than satisfactory work when he left and he had to keep coming back because he didn't do it correctly from the beginning.  We just had someone else come out and fix what he didn't do correctly.  They gave us before and after pictures which is what he should have done, if it were done correctly in the beginning.   We have a lifetime warranty on our new work unless something tragically happens to it which is what any company should give unless they know they are giving unsatisfactory results.
