Would give zero if possible. ***** was not compassionate or caring. My Dad passed away and ***** acted like I had stumped my toe. Would not hire.

Ms. **** called me on Monday, September 23, ***************************************************************************** ********. She gave me details and we scheduled October 1 as the start date for the cleanup. When I asked her what was her budget she asked me how much did I think it would be . As I was explaining our pricing, she cut me off and said "Can I finish a sentence", as if I'd interrupted her. I replied "I did not interrupt you, I was addingup the price, to which she replied "That's ok, forget about it" and hung up. Two minutes later she called back and asked for my manager, to which I responded "I'm the owner of Carolina Crime Scene Recovery, to which she replied "I hope you go bankrupt, and hung up again. NOTE: Sensing this lady was possibly disturbed, I RECORDED BOTH CONVERSATIONS in BBB would like to verify my version.
