    Walked in the establishment on 10/1/2022 around 5:37pm following about 10 other people, after driving my mother to the establishment and her complaining about the mistreatment she had with one of the women to cash her check. I stood at the back of the line and watched as the two asian women, one with a yellow sweater, short light brown hair and glasses; the other with darker brown hair in a pink jacket with glasses helped the men that were in front of me. I witnessed that the customers gave the women their ID and checks and then the women proceeded to cash those individuals checks. I didn’t hear not once that either of the women asked those individuals to sign their check in front of them. Which a handwritten sign posted on the side of the register requested all of their customers to do so. The women only selected the African American customers to ask them to sign their checks in front of them. When I reached the counter I asked the women with the yellow shirt if I could speak to the manager/owner in a professional and respectful manner. The individual began to ask me why I needed to have the manager’s information and that she would not tell me the managers name. When I asked for her name the woman walked away and started serving customers at the second register that her coworker was working at so she could ignore me. I patiently waited for the woman to return and when she did she asked her other customer to come to the register as if I wasn’t standing there. After she rung up that customer I repeatedly asked her kindly to provide her name or the manager’s name so that I could file a complaint and she told me she didn’t know me and that she would not provide her name and then she proceeded to instruct me, an African American woman to speak to an African American man (known to her) as if he would be able to clarify the same English that I was stating to her directly. This continued to give racist and sexism behavior against me. This is a warning for anyone of color.
