    I bought a new build home in the year of 2024 from Big Dawg Construction LLC and from the beginning there was issues with the flooring, it was unlevel and some floorboards were peaking due to improper installation. The issue was fixed but not correctly. It was advertised the home would have LVP flooring and that was not the case. I was told it was laminate. To fix the issue, "Liquid Nails" were used to hold down some floorboards, which was advised against because it is supposed to be a floating floor. I was also blamed for the flooring issues saying that I choose the flooring which was not true. Due to this issue, I decided to get an 11-month warranty inspection, the inspection found several issues with the home. including the floors, Cabinets in the kitchen pulling away from the wall, etc . I emailed the inspection report to the builder within my warranty period, and they stated they would read it, 3 weeks went by, so I sent a follow up emailed along with the inspection report again, there has been no response.

    03/22/2024 I bought a house from **** the owner and I have a lot of issues with the house.Every time I bring these issues up he tells nothing but lies and never do anything to correct the issues.This has been going on for almost two months and all I get is one lie after another.Doors aren't square and they have cracks in them you can see through, light fixtures in bathroom needs replacing.siding on the outside needs repairing, gutters need replacing, patio busted concrete, cabinet drawer and touch up painting inside.He is building house fast and doesn't take care of the problems with the houses he builds.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.He came by Tuesday and nothing was brought up about the complaint or BBB contacted him.
