  Got a notice from ******** that they paid a bill on my behalf to these turkeys. Called ******** to have the payment reversed. I suspect it was triggered by one of the numerous (up to a dozen a day) spam calls that try to sell you medical support gear. The calls originate in ***** where they can't be touched by US authorities. If you get a call from them, play along as long as you can. It takes their time so they can't scam others.

  Dune Medical Supply LLC submitted a fraudulent ******** claim for $1,963 and ******** paid $1,089.30 for a Rigid Panel Lower Back Brace, which I, nor any of my medical providers, never ordered nor have I ever received the brace. Fortunately, my supplemental insurance company knew about Dune Medical Supply LLC and refused to make a supplemental payment. I noticed this claim on my monthly Explanation of Benefits from my supplemental insurance company. In addition to notifying my supplemental insurance company, I have filed a complaint with ********, the ****************************************** Office of Inspector General, along with filing a General Consumer Complaint with the ************************************.

  They filed a false claim to ******** for service I never received nor needed nor *************** scam. I have reported to ******** and Tricare.

  This company is a total scam. I received a cheap looking back brace that I did not order nor did any of my doctors. With some difficulty, I was finally able to reach them by phone and told them they needed to arrange to pick up the item at no cost to me and that they better not bill my insurance. They told me I could keep the item but I insisted they take it back. A couple of days later, ***** did pick it up. However, I just received my monthly insurance statement, and they DID ************* for $1,963. I have reported this to ********'s ************** and to my supplemental insurance carrier. Unfortunately, ******** had already paid $1,100 towards this claim. My supplemental insurance carrier has blocked any payment. Obviously, my ******** number had been hacked and ******** is issuing me a new ******** number.

  ******** fraud- distributor sent back brace when not requested. Distributor is a scam. They setup fraudulent supplier and you cannot return merchandise.

  This company is running scams. Sending expensive back braces to people without that person's doctor ordering. If you keep the brace they file with your ******** and sell a back brace. I called ******** and they say they are aware. Told me to send back to Dune medical supply which cost me almost 20 dollars to ship for some idiottrying to make a scam sell. By me sending back they cant legally charge ********* I did nothing wrong but cost me 20 dollars I want back.
