    Steve - I want to thank you for choosing Kathleen as our Property Manager! She has been responsive, knowledgeable, and professional at all times. She never hesitated to answer questions from the board, respond to homeowners, or research any issues that we brought her way. I can certainly say that she positively impacted my experience as President, and I'm grateful to have worked with her. Kathleen....you are incredible!

    I cannot recommend Steve and the rest of the T'Vinci Properties team enough! In addition to helping me become more comfortable with buying investment properties, they've made my life much simpler so that I can focus on other priorities but know/trust that my properties are being properly maintained and rented.
