5 starsJohn was truly amazing. He serviced our refrigerator, and our experience was fantastic. Most repair companies or otherwise will say they'll be at your house between 8 and 5 pm. John thankfully gave us a two-hour timeframe and was always on time. He was also very thoughtful and empathetic to our frustrating fridge issue. He even called us after the repairs to make sure everything was working properly. I've never met a repair man that took the time to educate us as homeowners like he did nor had I actually met one that cared about our experience until working with John. 5 starsI received prompt and outstanding service from John Michael & Associates, and I will most definitely call them again if necessary. The compressor on my 6 yr old LG refrigerator died so I placed a service call and John repaired the unit the next day. John was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. It is so refreshing to deal with someone who actually knows what they're doing for a change. I also received x2 follow up phone calls after the service date to check on the status of my unit. Very impressive and I appreciated that. It's hard to get exceptional customer service like this anymore.Review fromBruce S

5 starsOur 6 year-old LG refrigerator stopped working due to a compressor gone bad. We called John Michael & Associates, who gave us a quote and encouraged us to call LG for authorization to receive replacement parts because they were still under warranty. John came the next morning to complete the repair, and had all necessary parts with him. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and quite helpful, providing considerable detail about the repair while he worked. It's now a week later and our refrigerator is working well. John will be our go-to person for any future appliance repairs, for sure!Review fromJo H

5 starsEverything went perfectly with the repair of our dryer. Anthony from John Michael & Associates called with an approximate time, arrive soon after and replaced the defective part with no issues.
Very reliable and trustworthy. I am glad I found them in case I am in need of any appliance repair in the future.
