    I purchased a bundle package in the color “chocolate.” Not only did the nipple covers not come in the chocolate color (as suggested by the bundle), the lifting pads come with instructions that state it can only be used with tight clothing. No where on the product page does it list that these need to be used with tight clothing. This really does feel like fraudulent business practices as that is 100% an important distinction that should have been made clear in the item description before someone decides to make a purchase. As such, it seems like this information was deliberately left off so that people can purchase, with the seller knowing full and well it cannot be used with most/all outfits. The seller offered for me to keep the item at a discount, however offering a discount seems to be a way to still keep some of the money for a product they are aware people can’t use, as most people are not willing to pay for return shipping (which is apparently their “policy” that was also not clear, though they show a “100% money back guarantee” very clearly on their website).

    Tracking info: DHL eCommerce tracking number: ******************

    Could you please refund my order placed on June 13th, see email below for my order details. I did not receive my order as of June 30th at 7:30pm EST. I’ve been in touch with DHL the shipping company and they advised I contact you for my refund as well as the duty I paid on June 16th (see below screenshot of the duty charge) for $16.55.
    DHL was not able to locate the package or tell me if it would arrive still.

    Please advise as I’d like this rectified asap, as this has cost me $76 + $16.55 = $92.55 CDN for something I never got. Below is a screenshot of my visa payment for this order.
    You have everything now to provide a refund for $92.55 CDN.
    I have screenshots or emails of my order and DHL fee for import, if needed.
    When I sent the above information to ******************* on June 30th I received this email right away:
    Thank you for your email. I will take a look into this and get back to you within the next 12-24 hours.

    It’s now July 6th at 6:45pm EST, 6 days after receiving the email from Claire at Nueboo Boob Tape. Still have not heard anything.

    Need your help as Nueboo Boob Tape is not responding to my emails and DHL cannot locate the package or help me.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  They sent me a generated email asking if I would take another shipment but not offer to refund me my money.  I do not want another shipment, just my money back as I do not trust that I'll get my shipment.
