I am not a customer and did not give the door to door salesman permission to send me a contract. I told him NOT to send me a contract. No scheduling visits and no payments. I do not need them or want them. Go-***** does not offer what I need in any way. There was no agreement.Doing exactly what I told him NOT to do: I received a contract in my email [5/21/2025] with a scheduled date for services I do not want. Also, there is a fake signature on the contract and it says Customer signed on: Wednesday, 05/21/2025 which I did not. Go forth charged my card $150 without my authorization for a service they never performed. I have called three times to have my account credited and still have not received the money. I would like my money returned and also want the public to know that this company is doing this.Business Response

On 3/15/25 I reached out to the company for service and scheduled an appointment. The *** told me that my card on file would not be charged until after the service was completed and that I could call and cancel if I needed to. I was told a contract would be sent out on 3/17/25 which it was. Prior to receiving the contract I called and canceled my scheduled appointment. However, initially the ***resentative told me that I was not even on their schedule for service. So I hung up and called back and canceled my appointment and was told that the cancelation was successful. After receiving the contract I did not sign it. As I was reviewing my bank statement I noticed that two separate payments of $600 was taken out of my account without my authorization. I did not receive any service and would like a refund as soon as possible.Customer Answer

I have had the basic maintenance plan with ********************** Control since July 2024. For our most recent service appointment, the technician did not service our property; they serviced our neighbor's without receiving her consent. If we had not been home waiting for the doorbell to ring we would have no way of knowing the tech serviced her property, not ours, as the email notification of service completed does not provide a photograph of the location serviced and a paper notification of service was not left at either residence.The customer service representative at ********************************************* I spoke to about the issue did not view this situation as a problem and only offered to reschedule our service. When I asked to cancel our maintenance plan, the cancellation team member I was transferred to said we must speak to the manager as the cancellation had to be run as a technician complaint. A manager called us back; after we explained the situation and reiterated we want to cancel our plan, he told us we were punishing the company for an honest mistake. We no longer have faith the company can deliver the service outlined in the contract or helpfully address future issues should they occur. As we did not receive the service we made payments for since our last technician visit in November, we want to cancel our maintenance plan without paying the buyout fee and receive a reimbursement of the $39/month paid from Dec 24-Mar 25. ********************************************* has weak processes around this maintenance plan that would have resulted in us paying for a service we did not receive if we weren't lucky enough to be home for an appointment the company scheduled day-of to catch the error. I no longer trust them to uphold their end of the contract and their employees are unwilling to cancel the contract, which I cannot do without their cooperation. After this series of interactions, I no longer feel comfortable having them return to my property.Business Response

On 4/15/2024 I contracted Go-Forth home service to add plumbing to my tiny house I really thought this was a respectable company Yes, they did do the work, but I just learned they didn't weatherize any of the pipes in the ground I have been without water due to very cold condition now I'm going to have to try to come up with this money I am a senior citizen this going to put a hardship on me To make it matters worse the person who came said he was one of the owners I hope he don't treat all is customers this wayBusiness Response

I currently own four attached units. Salesman told me multiple units discounts as well as cancelation of ALL four units at a price of 204. However I have been receiving bills for 204 dollars per unit. This is not how the salesman explained their cancellation policy for multi units. Services recorded on their books do not match services rendered at property. Video surveillance was in use, they did not go into or enter units they claimed to have serviced.Business Response

August 2024, I signed a 'PEST CONTROL SERVICE' contract with this company to service my Mothers home in **. I reside in **. I provided them with my CC#, which stayed on file, so they can draft $39/mth for 1 year. The service was for spraying insects such as ants, spiders, other bugs. After the technician finished the job, he alerted her that he found termites. She told the tech to contact me to see if I wanted that service done. The tech told me the price would be $1k plus an additional $30/mth for visits. I told the tech no, that cost too much, I'll pass for now. The following week, Sept 4, I received a text from a new tech at 5:52am my time, 8:52 his time, letting me know he would be at her home in 45mins to do a termite service. I responded exactly 2 mins later telling him via text, that I did not order that service for my mother and to check with the 1st tech who I told NO to. The tech did not respond until 3 1/2 hrs later, after he already did the service, simply saying, 'OK, I'll check with the tech.' Then I received a call from his manager asking me for proof that I did not request the service, which I provided. Later that day I received an invoice and the balance I owed was $0! Fast forward 2 weeks ago, Nov 1, while checking my bank acct., I noticed that I had a $1019 charge from the company. I immediately contacted them. A salesman answered the phone, I explained the whole situation, was put on hold for 20+ mins, call the manager of the tech while on hold and he even said I should not have been charged. They referred me to the regional manager who refused to give my money back, simply saying we have a signed contract to that particular service. I told him I did not authorize anyone to charge my card so that is illegal. After receiving the signed termite contract, that's when I saw that the 1st tech had forged my moms name. Also the 1st tech was fired the same week he did her service ironically. Stay clear of Go-forth. This is shady business. Shame on ****!Business Response

Not sure who sent this, but you can't do a chargeback on the same dates that the charges were taken out. I have been dealing weekly with ***** on this case and was supposed hear something back today, Dec 12, 2024, as she was going to communicate with the payroll manager for her to call **** to figure out why I haven't been refunded. I have yet to hear back from *****. She is aware of the progress and issue with this transaction. So once again, no money has been refunded to my account because ********************** shows the account in a pending status.Customer Answer

Recently I had noticed there were two air ducts that needed repaired or replaced. I went to goggle to find a ************ saw Go forth is with BBB and had good enough ratings for me to contact. ******** came out looked around in some areas not all and recommended I have new air ducts installed. I was hesitate but As a disabled female I agreed. Cost $6405.00; was installed 8-23-24 by two guys. **** takes the check to office and I get a email to pay for services. To this day I am receiving invoices to pay. I do not understand what is happening. One of the ducts fell the same day. I called for days leaving messages. Finally I had to ask for a regional manager **** and he said he would get someone back out to my home that was on 8-30-24. ****, repaired his coworkers mistake and he and I looked at other areas that needed attending to underneath the crawl space. We devised a plan to have new registers installed at no cost to me which I thought I had already paid for in the total payment. Now I am addressing my concerns and is asking questions no one is interested. I think the size 6 air ducts are too small for my bedrooms. I have a 2 ton unit and think those branching off from the 12, 10 should go down to 8 inch in steps for a 1753sqf 4 bedroom home. I called for days leaving messages. ********* was on vacation so no one knew the details in the estimate fully so my question went unanswered by regional manager. I am again trying to get in contact with **** to give home the details to my bedrooms as discussed no communications whatsoever. Make calls to office staff passes messages but **** the technician never calls back. The company in general has poor communication and customer service support. I think this is going to be an issue for the next 20years that I have a warranty. I think I may have made the wrong decision to have this company to be my HVAC contractor. Customer states someone from the business called asking for complaint to be removed, said they would come out, however no one has come out. The regional manager then called and again stated someone would be coming out, however this is going on 2 weeks and no one has come out.
