      *************************** of Royal-T Pest Control has provided our quarterly service for several years, but this year our treatments have gotten off-track due to his repeated, numerous reschedulings and repeated failure to communicate these issues. He hasn't responded to our emails or calls. We emailed him twice earlier this month notifying him to close our customer account and stop treating our property. Ignoring those emails, he showed up the next week and treated our property while we weren't at home (we have evidence from our doorbell camera), then sent us an invoice. We have tried for a week since then to call, email, and text him, and he will not respond at all. To make matters worse, we moved on to a different pest control company, and they had just treated our yard the week before. So now our yard has been double dosed with chemicals because ******** didn't abide by our two written notices to him to stop treating our property.

      Royal-T Pest Control still has not responded to or answered any calls or emails. I did get a revised invoice in my email showing that a "coupon" had been applied to cover the unwanted $99 yard treatment I had twice told *************************** NOT to perform. However, he has failed to provide any explanation or apology for treating my property with unwanted chemicals, and he has not provided any confirmation that my account with Royal-T will be terminated.
