      I have rented from ******************************** Mgmt for eight years and counting, and this has been, by far, my best renting experience.The team is always courteous and respectful. When things go wrong, as they sometimes do, my concerns are addressed promptly, and I am always notified if any delays prevent an immediate response. When I signed my lease and was notified of quarterly home inspections, I thought they would be annoying and time-consuming. As it turns out, they are a good opportunity for them to check in with me and see if everything is working as it should be. They have my best interest in mind as well as the property owner's, and it never takes more than 10 minutes.I appreciate that they take good care of me. Of course, I pay rent, but the service I receive goes above and beyond.

      Do not do business with this establishment. They are legal thieves! I am in the process of filing a small claims action against them for my deposit for a property I was never allowed to move into, never given keys, gave notice to vacate a property I never was able to move into, while my rent was current , they have rented the property and refuse to give my deposit back stating marketing fees. I know better. DEPOSITS are for damages which they have none. Therefore I am moving forward with a civil action. Don't let these company's bully you know your rights. Take your hard earn money and business else where. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!@

      The customer has been advised to review the NC Security Deposit Act. The Security Deposit Act, clearly states that the owner is be made financially whole when a resident breaches a lease agreement. The Act also, clearly states that the landlord has 30 days to reconcile all security deposit accounts. We are in our legal rights to hold this resident responsible for her breach of the lease. We have attempted to have an open dialogue with the resident, but this is the route in which she is choosing to resolve this matter. If the new resident takes possession of the unit when agreed upon, then this angry resident will be a due a portion of a refund.
