    Complaint Summary:I am filing this complaint regarding negligence, abandonment of my vehicle, and unprofessional conduct by Arski Towing****** These actions caused significant distress and potential damage to my leased Tesla Model 3.Incident Details:1. Improper Towing (November 29, 2024)Arski Towing improperly towed my vehicle using a car dolly for ***** km, far exceeding Teslas official guideline of 55 km. This negligence has likely caused mechanical damage to the drivetrain and suspension system.2. Vehicle Abandonment (December 3, 2024)Arski Towing was responsible for delivering my vehicle to me but instead:- Abandoned it outside a ************* Left it unattended in an unsafe residential neighborhood.- Falsely claimed that the vehicle was stored in a secure location.Tesla had to contract a second towing company to retrieve the vehicle due to Arski Towings failure.3. Harassment by the Owner (December 4, 2024)Following my ****** review of Arski Towing, I was harassed by the owner, who located my private ******** profile and sent me threatening messages, accusing me of lying about her business.4. Privacy Violation:The owner also claimed that ***** disclosed private information about my dissatisfaction with my lease. This raises serious concerns about improper sharing of personal information.Desired Resolution for Arski Towing, ****** A formal acknowledgment of negligence.- An apology for the harassment and abandonment of my vehicle.- A commitment to improving towing procedures and professional conduct.
