    Extremely disrespectful and Rude. I have an email and audio of them that they will honor the 90-day warranty for the transmission. When we got there, they refused to honor it then got extremely hostile and we had to call 911 as the owners son pulled a gun on us, started pushing my wife around and screaming obscenities. It's all recorded the entire fiasco. All over they refusing to honor their own promises. Very toxic and hazardous environment.

    This place should be shut down! The owner is a complete scam artist. We have email and audio recording of this place guaranteeing the transmission has a 90 day warranty. I called this morning spoke to them they told us to bring it back and they will refund. They cannot deny it as its recorded. We get there and they won't honor it. An employee by name of ***** pulled his gun out on us and assaulted my wife. I have it all recorded. When cops came, they claimed they have cameras, but they were not on. Then 5 minutes later they have the footage. So, they tampered with the video like they s**** people on parts. The owner ***** ****** sat there and permitted his employees to assault us, point gun at us and use all kinds of vulgar language again I HAVE IT ALL RECORDED. The Subaru place that installed the defective transmission that came from this crooked place even called and they got all nasty with them. This place is nothing but scammers. Stay Away. Total Dirtbags.. They need shut down we need to ban together and file complaints against their license. As you can see from many other complaints from folks stating the same how bad they are.

    AAA auto salvage always comes through on anything I need. They have even held Parts for me If I was out of town . Super reasonable. Super helpful.

    I got a transmission February 15. I called them more than five times to let them know that Im coming from far away to make sure my transmissions out for 2013 ***** Accord **** and I got there got the transmission and I dropped it off to the shop to the mechanic shop mechanic shop called me back told me that the transmission is not the right one they gave me the wrong transmission. I called AAA Auto salvage I spoke with two different type of people and one was a work and one was at owner and theyre not willing to help me out to replace it. Theyre telling me to come back drive two hours for them to replace everything which is their fault. Theyre the one give me the wrong item and they telling me to come back to get everything corrected .
