    Ordered an in stock part on 3/4/2025. After weeks of waiting I attempted to contact them. This was difficult and took many attempts over the course of two weeks. They told me on the phone they should be in the same week and would be expedited. I spoke with them again in mid April after weeks of attempts to contact by email and phone. They said again it would be expedited soon. It is now MAY of 2025. I have been unable to get ahold of them by phone or email. I want the parts I paid for. And I want someone to give me an update on when they will arrive. Customers are being delayed due to them not providing parts.

    I am very sorry about this issue not being taken care of. We should have refunded this a long time ago if it wasnt in stock. I have been in hospital due to health issues and we have only had one man working back in warehouse and he cant get the phone many times. I am at home now and saw this email. I will look this order up by the name you provided and refund this immediately. We have been out of stock on several items due to materials shortage and I know Ive been getting run around from manufacturer but have been out of communication for a while due to my health. Im very sorry we havent followed up and refunded this customer. I will get this handled this weekend
