    12/15/23 Remove any damaged insulation from under the home Push up and support falling insulation Install **** sq feet of r30 insulation install L brackets on joinst ends that have no support per engineer's report Sister one joist that is unsupported in the middle clean out large debris under home and fix the older vapor barrier when possible Install new vapor barrier of **** sq feet Mr ****************** did not do any of the above listed work that he charged $5900 for ******************* heating contractors are under the home today and I asked for photos There is no new insulation Debris all over the ground of the old vapor barrier The heating system broke in part I believe from the stress of not having these items done and addressed For certain our heating bills are high and the floor of the house is very cold. I have a son who is disabled who lives here and is a total care patient Mr ****************** is a designer I know in Chapel ****** favorite ********* and I cannot imagine why if she wants to retain clients. My ******************'s real estate license should be removed and any other licenses he has if he doesn't pay back this money in a timely manner.
