      Absolutely useless customer service. I have been a repeat customer for years. Recently, they shipped my order and the delivery instructions were not followed, and I never received my order. Because I emailed them six days outside of a 7 day window they give you following receipt, (apparently I had 7 days to contact them after I revived the item that I never actually received ) to let them know if there is an issue, customer service refused to make it right- Perfectly OK that I paid the money for a product I never received. I had to contest the order with my bank. Mind you, this is over a $38 purchase. For a high quality company their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, including actually desiring the goods that were promised but not received. I could understand if I contacted them 6 months after ordering, however I waited a week or two following my order not arriving (its not uncommon for packages to be marked delivered and show up a week later ) to see if it would show up. When it did not I immediately contacted them 9 business days (a week and an half) after it was supposed to arrive.
