  We received fabulous online assistance from ******* visited the store in ** to get some remnants and then ordered 3 hides online for our 2-chair recovering project. The quality of the hides was excellent. When we were in the store, we received so much knowledge about the different types of hides and how they are measured. It was so helpful and made it easy to select the correct type and number of hides for our project. We will be repeat customers!!!

  Great quality leather, just as described, perfect for my products. I appreciate the time taken to create such clear, specific descriptions, photos and details with each hide, closeout, remnant etc. I get just what I expect, each time. And, there is super fast shipping and reasonable prices for that - I am on the west coast and Leather Hide Store is my #1 choice and favorite source.

  First Time Reupholstering With Great Results Review by *** *. on 5 Dec 2024review This was my first leather project, and I couldnt be happier with the results. I had a leather recliner that the arms were worn through. I ordered two sample swatches that were delivered in a timely manner, and selected the one that most matched what was currently on the chair. I decided to order a whole hide as I wasnt sure how much I needed, and wanting to make sure if I made a mistake I would still have enough to complete my project. The leather hide was received in about a week from ordering it, and was pleased that it was a real close match to the existing color. It took me about a week to reupholster the two arms as this was my first reupholstering job I had done. The leather was so supple and easy to work with, but my inexperience had me pulling staples and repositioning the leather to make it just right with no wrinkles. The end results were fantastic. I now have my recliner back with new leather arms.A new leather recliner would have cost me several thousand dollars to replace. Doing it myself cost a fraction of that, and I still have half a hide for some other project in the future as I dont believe I can wear out the arms again in my lifetime. I would certainly order from you again if needed, and recommend you to anyone looking for a great product and service.

  I was blessed to have been referred to The Leather-hide Store for my upholstery project. I revitalized my 18 year old leather sofa and cloth dinning chairs and made some new pillows and combination pillows with old pillow leather on one side and new leather on the other side. The quality of the Italian leather I purchased from the Leather-hide store is unmatched. The customer service is also unmatched. If I ever need leather in the future, I will be back here.   The people at the Leather Hide Store are fantastic. I called them about a leather project that I wanted to do, and they were exceptional in helping me figure out exactly which kind of Italian leather would be appropriate for the task. They sent me a number of samples, all near what I would need. I picked out the one that suited my needs best and went from there. My project involved making 4 new leather straps as the arms for 2 leather chairseach strap being 2 layers of tapered leather with double pigskin liners. I went to a shoe repair shop to have the stitching done for each strap. The overall result is fantastic.Thanks so much to the guys at the Leather Hide Store!!

  I had an excellent experience with the Leather Hide Store. They helped me select the right color and quality leather for my barstools, sent samples out in the mail, and helped in a very friendly and patient manner. ******** was very nice. My project was to put new leather on 4 old barstools and the project turned out great. The barstools look beautiful and are very comfortable. The leather came as promised and is of very high quality. They helped me order the correct amount of leather needed for my 4 barstools. So I highly recommend Leather Hide Store.

  The leather hide store is East to do business with. They honor their discounts and ship quickly, I ordered two hides of *********************** about a year ago. The hides were top quality and exactly as discussed. I received them in a matter of days . I used them to upholster a **** ***** 2 door wagon. As I was coming to the end of the job I realized that I needed another hide . I called and gave them the number on the hide,they matched hit to my previous order and sent me the third hide.
