    Very disappointed in 431 Sports and warn teams to stay away. Entire baseball team ordered jersey and the sizing online did not match what was sent. Size was way too small and not as advertised. Our team coaches worked with 431 rep who said we could call and exchanges would be processed. 431 lied and when we tried calling, we were given the run around between Team Sales and the ****************************** After going in circles for nearly an hour, there was no resolution. STAY AWAY!

    I purchased 11 headbands and no longer needed them. I initiated a return and sent back all 11 headbands. The return was processed a few weeks later and they only marked 8 as being returned. I opened a ticket with customer support and per their review, only 8 were found. I replied requesting more information and further review. They responded a few hours later completely ignoring my request and thanked me for my business.

    Ordered professional soccer player jersey from Soccer.com. Siz*** way off. Tried to return so I could exchange for correct size and was told it could not be returned because it was a customized jersey. Did not customize a s***le th*** about the Jersey. Literally searched for Trinity ****** US jersey and ordered a small for my daughter. Didnt change or add a th***. Never indicated dur*** order*** process this would be considered a customized item (how was it customized?) that could not be returned. If they did say it could not be returned, it must have been in tiny print hidden within text elsewhere. These folks are tak*** advantage of folks while hold *** themselves out as business that accepts returns when they do everyth*** in their power to do the opposite, includ*** call*** non customized jerseys customized. Nice surprise for my daughters Christmas gift Soccer.com! They could care less. Could not be more disappointed and other potential purchasers should think twice before order*** anyth*** from this company or youll be the next one writ*** a review.

    Would give zero stars. Ordered a baseball jersey from 431 Sports (a subsidiary of Soccer.com). Showed up weeks late with a giant burn hole through the front and back. I have emailed, called and just heard back that the jersey will be sent in ***** days. Unfortunately, if it shows up he will get to play 2 games in the jersey. This isn't a real company and should be investigated for fraud.

    Significant order delays and problematic order processing every season. They force you to their website to resolve issues; however, you're unable to resolve them online. Therefore, you have to call and the wait time at any given time is over an hour minimum. They don't charge your account immediately, they place a hold on your account with a pending transaction and continuously do that until your order has shipped, which could be 2 months later. I do not understand why leagues continue to use this business with delays that impact players not having their uniforms before the first game. We ordered at the beginning of July, and now it's the end of August, still waiting. I'm sure they're profitable, but definitely not reinvesting in their business or their people to be more efficient.

    I ordered jerseys on 7/17/23 for mu son's soccer club. The expected ship date was on 8/8/23. I was asking them if they can ship earlier. They said no. On 8/8/22 it was not shipped. I started calling and emailing them almost everyday after 8/11/23. **************** does not even know what is happening. Every time I call them they say different things. Now it is 8/19/23 and still not shipped. Yesterday when I call them, customer service told me new expected ship date is 8/28/23. O my goodness. They told me they have missing jerseys. So why they don't ship what they have. This company ruined my 2-weeks. We paid $300!!!!!!!And they do not refund any of money for courtesy. Original ship date was 8/8/23 and now expected ship date is 8/28/23. I also don't trust them. Very disappointing business!!!

    I purchased a fan jersey and applied a free shipping promotion for 'fan gear'. Shopping cart indicated promotion was applied, but upon final checkout I noticed I was charged $10 for shipping (for a kids jersey). I sent a note to customer service, who pointed out in the fine text that the promotion did not apply to sale items. I wrote a thoughtful note about why I choose to purchase from Soccer.com, and why the experience errored trust. They responded thanking me for my feedback, but I noticed that they had rewritten my feedback to be complementary rather than critical. I pointed this out to Soccer.com, and they responded that they would refund my shipping. A couple days later I see the shipping charge posted to my credit card.

    This is the worst shopping experience I have had. Like others said here, the order was placed two months earlier but still the order cannot be delivered on time. I contacted with them and got a reply saying the delay was due to unexpected weather. And to quote what they said:”The order was shipped timely. Keep in mind that we offer discounted Two Day Shipping for $15.99 for future reference. Regular price is approximately $22.49. ”. They asked for more money if you want to get something on time. Their customer service is horrible. I would write a letter to the club and let them know. I bet they don’t care any customers because the club will require us to buy things from them. Avoid to do business with this terrible company if you can, any clubs!
