    I am filing a complaint against Landons Towing regarding improper and excessive towing practices related to my 2011 ***** Civic (License Plate: [Your License Plate], VIN: [Your VIN], if available).On [Date of Tow], my vehicle was towed under circumstances that I believe were unfair and not in compliance with North Carolina's towing laws. My car was towed despite being undriveable, and I was not notified or given any opportunity to authorize the tow. The towing company failed to provide an upfront quote for the charges or any reasonable explanation for the actions taken.The tow company then stored my vehicle at their lot and has been charging me $85 per day for storage fees for over a month without prior notice of such high charges. Furthermore, I was denied access to my personal belongings inside the vehicle, which include important documents such as my vehicle title and other personal items, when I attempted to retrieve them.I have already filed an L-262 Affidavit of Right to Possess Vehicle with the local magistrate's office, but Landons Towing has not responded or allowed me to retrieve my vehicle or property. I believe these practices are unreasonable, and I am seeking resolution through the BBB.I request that Landons Towing release my vehicle and personal belongings immediately and cease charging me any excessive fees. I am also requesting a review of the company's practices, as they seem to violate consumer protection laws 2011 ***** civic blue
