Hired ********************************* Home Improvement Specialist to renovate home:- Hired his business back in July 2022 and after several projects and noticeably poor quality of work, violations of building codes, and no correction to issues when pointed out I released him from service in December of 2022.- Over $50,803 was paid to ****** for various projects - ****** committed to providing labor, delivery of materials, and that all work would be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices.- Upon releasing ****** and his services a $11000 check was written to him before his services were terminated. That money was for projects and material that were not started, completed, or delivered (Stroman Receipt5). I originally asked for $5500 of the $11000 back which ****** has not reimbursed and no longer answers my calls. I now ask for the correct amount of material and labor not delivered of $7431 from the $11000 and an additional $6490 (Stroman Reciept4) for the cost of correcting a major code violation that ****** installed, totaling $13,921. I am willing to fix the rest of ******'s code violations and poor workmanship without reimbursement. I have attached a PDF of numerous poor quality of work pictures and building code violations (BBB Complaint). - Myself and other trades (Electrician, HVAC, and Cabinetry) that ****** hired to execute work on the house have tried to contact him and all have been unsuccessful.
