    NO SUPPORT AT ALL after 1-2 year warranty. Emails, phonecalls, voicemails, This is all I've ever received until I threatened a review. She is right but do you want them to build your home?I can sense your frustration, but I am truly confused about why it is directed towards us.We sold this house in March of 2020 to the original owners who I assume you must have bought the house from. Our warranty was with them for a period of 12 months. The price of the home is irrelevant; especially considering we did not sell you or anyone a $400,000 home on this lot. I checked my records and I have no warranty from the original homeowners on this matter and I dont have any kind of home inspection report that showed this was an issue at the time of the original closing. When you bought this home did you have it inspected? Was this issue brought to your attention? Your expectation that we are required to walk every homeowner and resale buyer who has ever lived in one our houses step by step on how to repair and maintain your home is not an industry standard. Maintenance is an important part of homeownership that is your responsibility. Alternatively, there are professionals who spend years working at their craft to make repairs to homes such as this and if needed you should to hire them for their time and their expertise. As I see it in your emails, it appears you have all of the information you need to repair your home. You called the window manufacturer, and you stated that you have contacted a lumber yard. Our company is not a repair or a refurbishment company so there is no assistance I can give you at this time. As you have threatened in your email to slander and bad mouth the character of our company and our product online and social media, I am going to direct any future communication to our Attorney, CLM Law Firm. If you do proceed with slandering or defaming our product in any way, our attorney will proceed with a cease and desist order.***********************
