      We rented a beach house from this real estate company for the week of August 3rd through August 10th. The rental property address is: *********************************************************************************************************** When we arrived on Saturday, August 4th, we noticed several issues with the home. There was mold growing in the sliding glass door track, the sliding glass door leaked when it rained and water poured into the livingroom floor. The upstairs bedroom window and livingroom windows both leaked water when it rained. The dining ceiling was damp and the sheet rock was coming off. I am allergic to mold and we had to leave on Tuesday August 6th because I was sick from breathing the mold in for 3 days. I contacted access Realty Saturday about an hour after we arrived and they sent a maintenance man out. All he did was wipe the ** returns and left. Again on Monday I saw two maintenance men from their company at the adjoining townhouse and complained again. I was told the homeowner wouldn't spend money on the home to fix the repairs. I called Access Realty again today, August 7th, to tell them we had to leave on the 6th because I couldn't take the mold anymore. The woman I spoke to admitted that it did leak but refused to refund any money and then hung up on me. I realize these homes take a beating being ocean front but to advertise and misrepresent a property the way they did, knowing that the doors and windows leak is unacceptable to me. They manage the property and are compensated to do so. I am willing to pay for the 3 nights we were able to stay but I am requesting a refund for Wednesday through Saturday, which would amount to $2296 for the four days that that I couldn't stay because of the mold. I have a recording of my phone call with the woman I spoke to from Access Realty this morning where she admits to the issues in this home.
