    Once again, the crew from Comfort Pro's llc saved us! ***** was here for our biannual unit inspection and I mentioned to him that once and a while I smelled a light burning smell. Our unit is only about 6-7 months old (put in by Comfort Pro's of course!!) so I thought maybe it was dust burning off. It was particularly strong this AM. ***** came down from the attic and discovered a chunk of insulation that came down from our recent roof install had gotten wedged into our new HVAC's fan blades and was kind of smoldering! If he had not done a thorough check, it would have eventually caught fire and or caused damage to the unit and possibly our house! This is why we have been customers for so long. They are thorough and do not rush anything they do. ***** was so kind and wonderful about explaining everything he did and found. ***** was also assisting with the outside unit and was extremely thorough as well. With some companies, their quality of work can fade over time but I must say for the 8-9 years we have used Comfort Pros, they have only gotten better.
