    The worst!! Dont do any kind of business with *********************** she filed for bankruptcy and owes to everyone don't trust her shes made up a story about ar*** taking her money and ti was all a lie

    I want to leave 0 stars. They are bad bad bad. The people calling have awful accents and the only leads they got me where older people who didnt understand what was going on. And that even tools 2-3 weeks. I guess the one star is because they issued me a refund that Im still waiting for. I should have known from the beginning but I was optimistic. Do not use them. Please dont there service isnt worth $1. My little baby cousins could do a better job than them.

    This company is SCAM, they called me to provide me with "30 guaranteed" ******** Supplement appointments, I paid them at front like they requested, almost a month later I have received only 2 appointments. I asked for a refund and they denied me the money, but after I complained and asked for a supervisor or a manager, the next day they called me to tell me that they were keeping $250 dollars because of the "job" they did. Stay away from those scamers, they don't fulfill their promises nor will provide the service they say they will for the money you will pay.

    I have been working for The Virtual Call Center, Inc. from the comfort of my own home for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. This company has truly transformed the way I approach work and life balance. They have never missed paying me my paycheck nor has it ever been late.I can set my own hours and create a work schedule that suits my lifestyle. This has allowed me to spend more quality time with my family, and pursue personal hobbies.The communication and support from **** have been exceptional. From day one, I've felt like a valued member of the team. They provide regular check-ins, clear guidelines, and open channels of communication that make me feel connected and engaged with my colleagues and superiors. Any questions or concerns are promptly addressed, making me feel fully supported.

    This company offers a service that does not comply, they charge you, they promise and the service is bad, they use calls to older people that do not validate for the campaign that you are paying for the service to damage an appointment with clients who do not really have any interest deceived from people in the flames, they do not invest money in this company.I ask that my money be returned for the lousy service.

    They take half your hourly pay and then they charge you a rate for using their payroll system. If this is your second job and you work their minimum 15 hour per week requirement, you walk away with almost nothing. And on top of that, when you see that you're working very hard for less than minimum wage and want to get out, you can't because they will charge you a fee for quitting. Almost seems illegal but it's not their fault if you didn't read the contract. You can't trust people to do the right thing in 2023,

    Something fishy about The Virtual Call Center... When you ****** it up, it says the business is "temporarily closed" in bold red letters. When you click on their website, it returns as a broken link. Yet, on Indeed.com, they've posted a recent add that they are hiring... DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!Now, prove that you're not a scam!!

    The company is a scam and takes your money they will give you about three of your checks but will stop paying you and then state they don't understand what's going on. BIG SCAM please BYPASS. I wish I would of know this before working with this company. PLEASE LOOK AND READ THE REVIEWS.

    If I could give a negative star review I would. The appointments they set are just god awful. They booked about 10 for me and only 1 of them wasn't a no show, and that person had no idea what I was there for. Every call recording they send you you can tell the people working there only care about just getting the client to say yes so they can get a bonus for the appointment even though it was an awful call. I forwarded my feedback many times and they didn't do anything to correct or make it any better. It was a complete was of my time and money and I highly suggest no agent go through what I had to experience with these guys.

In addition, we do schedule appointments at all. The agent of interest schedules their own appointment. We do not receive any bonuses or commissions from any of our vendors.
