    I requested moving services with ***** to load my furniture into a moving truck I was renting. I paid a refundable deposit of $150. I needed a time for loading my items earlier than what ***** had originally said they could do. I scheduled with another company and cancelled with *****. I requested a refund of my $150 deposit and was told that it would be mailed to me. (I have email documentation of all contacts.) After a couple of weeks, I had not received the refund so I contacted *****. They told me the check was returned as they did not put a stamp on the envelope and they would resend it. That was weeks ago and I have not received it. I have reached out to them many times and they have not responded at all. I was within the stated time frame to receive a deposit, was confirmed I would receive the deposit, and have not. This has been going on since mid to late November 2022. All I would like is to receive the $150 deposit I am owed and was assured I would receive.

    Refund has been sent out this morning 1-24-23.

    It was suppose to get mailed out 3 weeks ago and my staff drop the ball again due to communication error.

    I sent it out personally and with tracking number included receipt. ***** Tracking #****-5139-2308-6441-91

    Once again we greatly apologize for our error and delay In this matter.
