      Contract signed 7/16/22 for installation of 9 windows per contract. Total cost of $6,250 including labor and materials. Company: Atlantic Coastal Enterprises, *** ****** ***** ******* ** ***** Owner: ***** *****
      Deposit paid $3,125.00 at contract signing.
      ***** ***** requested to remeasure the windows and arrived at property on 11/3/22, measured the windows. He claimed windows were at his shop but couldn't identify windows specifically for our property. My last conversation with Mr. ***** was that installation would happen before Thanksgiving.
      Have not heard from Mr. ***** or any other representative of Atlantic Coastal Enterprises. Have tried multiple phone numbers without success.

      We gave a deposit of $19,911 to Atlantic Coastal Enterprises on 8/12/2021 to replace our home siding. Over the course of 1 year, the contractor stated the product was not available as it was back ordered and multiple times informed us that it was ordered and we were 5 weeks out, then delayed again. Last month he stated he wanted to reprice everything as his cost went up. We have since found out from his supplier he never ordered the materials. We sent emails and text messages to the owner, ***** *****, informing him we needed to come to a resolution, either a revised price, the use of different material or our money back. After no response we sent emails, text messages and certified mail demanding our deposit back again with no response.

      Made down payment for roof replacement on June 12, 2022 fo $5284.00. As of today, the project has not been initiated and I am unable to communicate with the owner Mr *****.
