  We were referred by our realtor to Queen Boss for a home renovation project that was supposed to take ***** days and was scoped to cost $75,000. The company failed to deliver, leaving us homeless for 9 months and they took our money (three draws totaling $45,000) and left us with a house that was missing all major systems, structural defects that failed county inspections, missing walls, floors, ceilings, foundation deficiencies, and huge bills for a structural engineer to remediate the damage caused by the incompetence of this contractor. We ended up having to hire multiple other contractors to come in and fix the horrible mess they made, and it cost us more than double the amount Queen Boss quoted. I honestly have no idea how they are still in business, as they did the same thing to another distraught client who contacted us at the same time our home was left in shambles to inquire about the status of our project. Seems we were both left high and dry with tens of thousands of dollars paid out and failure of the company to deliver per the contract terms--they completely breached the contract. I would NOT recommend this company for any construction needs. In fact, I wouldn't hire them to build a simple dog house, let alone work on a building inhabited by people.

  This is a project from march 2019 that was being performed during the global pandemic and ran into issues due to delays that were in large part out of our control. We attempted to resolve the issues with the homeowners and also engaged attorneys to address the matter. I'm not sure why this has resurfaced as we operated in good faith and it was my understanding that the matter was closed. There were delays in work due in large part to delays in getting materials and subcontractor contracting Covid-19 and not being able to perform their work. The relationship was severed as we could not come to an agreement. The homeowners hired another contractor to complete the work on the project. This is a review that is in no way a completely accurate depiction of the events.

  Queen Boss Construction is far and away the best experience I have ever had with a GC. We brought them in via a bidding process to help us renovate a Virtual Kitchen in *********, **. From the initial meeting to the completion of our initial contract, the commitment to our projects, the patience with our revisions, the care and dedication to seeing through any complications that came up have made them the best possible partner we could have had. We are looking forward to expanding on our current endeavors with QBC and we are certain we will be partnering with them for many future projects.In addition to the previous commendation, it has to be said that we have been extremely pleased with QBC regarding the clarity and accountability of every price point we contributed to the project. There was always complete transparency in every aspect of contract negotiation and cost description; and their Team made sure we were completely informed of every suggestion and decision that came up, and that we could see the value of every dollar we invested.
